Standard process of filling out some questions online followed by an in person interview in the store with the manager. Overall a good process but some of the questions asked seem to be looking for a very specific answer

Very good questions like tell me about yourself and how would you deal with certain situations and so on, your typical retail questions. No need to panic as they accept people without experience . pretty much quarranteed job once ytou have interview

I attended one interview and was called to attend a second group interview were we spoke to several members and signed all important documentations as well as given our uniforms and shift rota. the experience was generally possitive during the interview process and I was left with hope.
