Short phone interview followed by a group stage. At the group stage we played an icebreaker bingo, did a short maths test, and built lego in teams. If you pass this stage you go onto a face to face interview stage.
very simple interview. they just wanted to see whether or not i had any experience with retail and working with a team as its a very teamwork focused role. interviewer was frinedly aswell
Very easy questions, mainly about past experience, work ethic, why you'd like the job, availability, strengths/weaknesses, and a few situational questions about handling customer queries and working as a team.
