Had face to face interview with area manager and current manager.
Then had to make a video. A couple of minutes long. I had to film myself answering questions and then submit it.
They interview me very casually mostly focused on my experience on the phone and talking wiht customers. They want someone who is likeable with charisma and an outgoing, bubbly attitude but also knows how to understand directions and learn quickly!
It was very easy. It went really great, the owner was nice and i began training and working at the front desk. It was a great small and quaint gym. The interview process was simple, I walked in had the interview with basic questions about my past.
