I discovered the position through a staffing company. I spoke with them and then had a phone interview with Snap-On of Rochester Hills including three engineers there. I met on-site a couple weeks later. I found they were fairly friendly, but the questions were not necessarily all pertinent. I interviewed with the same group from the phone call along with several others; whoever wanted to join. We broke for lunch, then they gave more of a tour of the shop and tools there and some examples of prototypes and finished designs they've worked on. I had to reach out to the recruiter later on to find out they wanted more experience for the job.
