HR interview first, then a 1:1 team member, then a "snapday," which is an in person multi-person interview panel and work exercise. Most can be done remote, except the snapday.

CEO asked multiple times how I handle being overwhelmed. Asked to describe how I handle team members being overwhelmed. Also asked about project management tool experience (if I use it 100%, combo or not at all). Asked why I was interested in the role.
