      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      21 Mar 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Snapdocs (Denver, CO) in Mar 2021

      Interview

Applied online, scheduled a zoom info session with the recruiter, then an assignment pertaining to the role, had a 15 minute interview with the recruiter and then a 30 min interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was so involved during the entire process and although I didn't get an offer, it was a great experience.

      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      Interview

Clunky process. A lengthy assignment is given before you speak with the recruiter. Scheduling was disorganized and led to issues during the interview. The people themselves were nice to interview with.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you had a good experience with the people you met, but sorry to hear that you found the process to be clunky and scheduling to be disorganized. We were in the midst of a change in coordinator personnel at that time, which may explain some of the clunkiness and disorganization, though that is no excuse. We are proud of the outstanding experience we give candidates and certainly smooth scheduling is a big part of that experience. Your feedback will help us to constantly improve in this area. Thank you!

      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      4 Sept 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Snapdocs in Sept 2020

      Interview

I had a very pleasant interview process. The sales recruiter always kept me updated throughout each step of the process and told me what to expect. This was definitely the best interview process I've experienced. I first had a phone call with the sales recruiter and afterwards a phone call with the sales development manager. This was followed by a video interview with a current SDR and account executive and then a video interview with the sales development manager. My next interview was with the VP of sales, and my final interview was with another member of the team to make sure my values aligned with theirs and their mission.
