I applied online. I interviewed at Snapsheet in Sept 2017
Interview
A phone call with an initial recruiter to discuss the role overview and confirm my interest. Followed by an initial test to assess estimating knowledge. I was then contacted to schedule a monitored mock estimating exercise. Once I had passed that, I was contacted to schedule a Skype interview where I spoke with another recruiter where, again, we discussed the role overview and confirmed my interest. I was then asked to schedule a final interview via Skype with their management team and was advised that if the interview went well, I would immediately interview with the Director.
When I wrapped up the interview with the manager and was told the talent team would be in touch, my stomach sank. Obviously rejection sucks and jumping through as many hoops as I did for this process, I probably wouldn't do it again. But, the talent team was great and stayed in contact with me through out the process and I felt informed about the next steps the entire way.
For a new company, they have their interview process very well organized from an interviewee perspective.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Snapsheet (San Antonio, TX) in Sept 2022
Interview
I have 7 years in the automotive/bodyshop industry and 4+ years estimating in CCC and Mitchell along with plenty of customer service. I applied and hours later got an interview with a recruiter the next day. She was extremely nice and the interview (15min) went very well. She told me she loved my background and experience and the hiring managers would call me tomorrow. Her telling me that gave me a lot of confidence and was prepared for the call. Days went by, and got an email saying I was not considered for the opportunity . I have the experience and interview went more than okay. Am I missing something?
