Interview
I was scheduled for an interview and had rearranged my day to attend, only to receive a cancellation message five minutes before it was supposed to start. I understand that hiring needs can change, but the complete lack of notice and communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It would’ve shown basic respect to cancel earlier — especially when candidates are taking time out of their schedules to be there. Disappointed in how this was handled.

Interview
I had two interviews with the company both of which I felt went great. Basic behavioral and personality questions were asked but for the most part conversation flowed. Only downside was that I was ghosted after the interview didn’t even receive any replies to my follow up emails kinda bummed was expecting a professional decline at the least.

Interview
Received an email to select a time for an interview. I selected a time later in the day. Talked with both a manager and a team member. I liked that I was able to speak with more than one person to get a feel for the culture of the restaurant and different perspectives of the job.
