They seemed very interested on selling themselves but showed no interest in my skills and knowledge. Got a phone interview, then was asked to come for a face to face interview in the office. I spent 4 hours in this company while they showed me around and pointed out my to be daily tasks. I was introduced to the workers as if I have already been hired, which I thought was very odd. I tried not ti get my hopes up though, as I am not that naive. And after all the promising feedback, I was ghosted. Never heard anything from them again, except for promises to get back to me the next day. And when I tried to reapply on indeed, my request was rejected. So, after all, this would not be a good fit for me. I was clearly mistaken to think that they were genuine during the time I spent in the company. I wasted my holiday time with the children to learn another sad truth about humanity. Thanks guys. Never again.
