      Associate Interview

      19 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sydney
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Snowflake (Sydney)

      Interview

Dreadful process. I was dealing with recruiters in Sydney and Tokyo plus interviewing with people in California. Snowflake overcomplicated the most basic processes. Had 3 interviews and in the 3rd interview they called me a unicorn and told me the next steps in the process. Then weeks later I received a generic rejection email. I already had accepted another job offer by then thank goodness. Snowflake also recorded the 3rd interview and there was no option to stop this once I commenced the call. Snowflake need to be more careful how they treat people as interviewees today are customers tomorrow. Snowflake was such an unimpressive experience.
