I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Snowflake in May 2020
Interview
It began with a screening call with the Recruiter, who did a good job understanding my expertise and explaining why the company is looking for people like me to join. He also did a good job to ensure I treated this like a discovery call, asking questions and ensuring I was thinking about their business the right way.
What followed was an interview with the hiring manager, the RVP, the SVP Enterprise Sales, and a Sale Challenge, in which I delivered a first deck pitch of Snowflake in a role play in front of management, peers, and SE leadership.

Question 1
How do you approach a territory?
Tell me about success, failure?
3 entretiens pour un poste AE en France. Entretien RH, puis entretien avec le Hiring Manager, enfin avec son homologue.
Communication lente, voire absente. Aucun feedback sur les 3 entretiens, que ce soit positif ou négatif.
Thorough process. Met 5 business leaders, a recruiter and a presentation as well as a meeting to finalize the process. Data driven and detailed questions which is not surprising. Incredibly accommodating during the presentation phase with a deck provided for you to minimalise.
