I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake in May 2024
Interview
This was an exceptionally disappointing experience. I met with 2 hiring managers. The first was professional and helpful, but the second was super rude and her general demeanor made it clear she didn't want to be there. Once I was able to shift the conversation and demonstrate that I am actually qualified, she began to focus on the conversation instead of appearing to blow me off. At that point she stated I that I made it to the next round which entailed meeting with the team.
Once the team meeting was complete, I was ghosted by the manager and recruiter! Despite following up several times, I have yet to hear back about my candidacy. I'm assuming they're not moving forward, but it always feels terrible when candidates are treated like trash.

Interview
Was more of an interrogation than a conversation and the interview seemed standoffish and disingenuous. Did not share any information about the role or the organization. The level of questioning was far deeper than the experience mentioned. Was ghosted after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake in June 2025
Interview
The interview with the hiring manager was not great. They were 10 minutes late to the call and then rushed me off the call towards the end. Felt demeaning as it was already 6pm EST and I had taken the time to be there. Seems like they may have already had a candidate in mind.
The interview process involves application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), assessments if needed, final evaluation, and a job offer or feedback. Feedback was quick.
