They want to have a candidate who already knows 90% of their daily chores as they do not want to "waste" time training people for their BAU activities. The interview was a waste of time.

Question 1
Medium to hard SQL questions based out of Leetcode and HAckerrank mostly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snowflake (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2025
Interview
It was around 4 interviews.
3 of them very technical but a lot of repetitive questions.
Getting responses on about next rounds took a bit too long. In my experience, I didn’t have just one HR person to answer, I got responses from different ones.
The interviewers were friendly. The questions were answered well enough but not amazingly I guess because I wasn’t selected for further rounds.
