Face to face round of interview with HR Representative in Management and CEO of the company.
Initially introduced by HR Department for clarifying my all doubts with respect to job role, working style, job needs etc. After that in have discussion with department heads for their and my requirements for my career and for their company. After 4 days i received an offer from there.

They simply digging up my knowledge and experienced as per their future requirements with respect to the expansion of company and build up a cross cultural professional outfit of company. They major focused on People Management Practices, Organisation Restructuring, OD Interventions Scope in my past experience deliverables.
