The last question was scenario-based: given two tables, write a query to calculate a KPI while thinking about edge cases like NULLs and duplicate accounts. Stage 4 – Behavioral with 2 Directors: Focused on TMAY, Why SoFi, relevant work experience (A/B testing, marketing analytics, stakeholder management), and where I see myself in 5 years. Stage 5 – Behavioral with Sr. Manager: Similar format: TMAY, Why SoFi, what I’m passionate about, and why I think I’m a good fit.
