Had a good experience talking to the recruiter and was forwarded to the hiring manager. The hiring manager for the role seemed to rush though the questions, and I got the sense that he was either too busy or that he wasn't interested, which threw me off. After the call with the hiring manager, I expected to receive some sort of communication regarding my application status, but I haven't heard anything back (I've reached out to the recruiter a few times) and it's been almost a month since my last conversation with Sofi. I guess I was ghosted! Pretty unprofessional.

Interview
Obviously unprepared and without any real questions. When asked about culture at the company the answer was they are a no nonsense results driven company. And when asked about what they have in place to allow ux to succeed things got awkward. No knowledge of Standard ux process and did not know what they were looking for other than they needed Somone to tell them how many designers they were going to need. Weird.
