Very poor HR Recruitment - actually the worse I have ever encountered. Seemed like an amateur and was noted as a Senior recruiter. The recruiter couldn't answer basic questions about the company as if they were hiding things that were brought up on glassdoor. Wanted to check on the culture and no good answers. Very poor command of the direction of the company and its management style
First interview was over the phone with HR. Once I passed that I came in for a quick interview with VP of group. Personality fit more than anything. Recently purchased by Sofi so the mortgage branch of Sofi is actually formally Wyndham Capital Mortgage.

Interview
First interview was a brief phone interview from recruiter. Unfortunately, this was probably one of the most unpleasant interviews as the excessive background noise from the recruiters environment. Very loud conversations and laughing which were extremely distracting while answering questions. I was called 2 weeks later for an in-person interview with several other people from remote locations.
