I was contacted by Miri Brandley, Talent Acquisition for SoFi, via email about the position. She set-up a pre-screen phone interview within 2 days and then an interview with Libby Leffler, VP of Membership a few days later. Miri went above and beyond to prepare me for the phone interview with Libby sending me full job description as well as background information on Libby. She was generous with her advice in preparation and what to expect. She was encouraging and positive and set me up to succeed. She is responsible for selling me on SoFi as the place I wanted to work. Even though I didn't get the offer in the end, Miri called me personally to deliver the news and quite honestly, it was the nicest rejection I have ever received. She was professional and kind and encouraging.
