Soba Recovery Center interview questions

Grassroots, open, honest, curious about what I have to offer the company. The interviews used to be with the head of Soba which was a good experience because it helped me to interview the company and decide if I wanted to work for them as well.

First asked for a phone interview and then asked for an in-person interview. I have had 2 friends with great work experience/references/education who have also not been offered positions here. It is unclear what this company is looking for. It is my understanding that if you are over 25, the chances of you being offered a position are slim to none.
