I attended a walk-in interview where they were simultaneously hiring for three different positions. The hiring managers were punctual.
The first step involved filling out a Microsoft Form to capture basic details, including name, current salary, expected salary, and any familial connections to Sobha Group. This was followed by a lengthy personality test.
The interviews were conducted in an open hall with four separate interviewers calling candidates one by one. The minimum requirement for all roles appears to be 3 years of experience.
They did not disclose their budget/salary range. The Q&A was primarily basic/general questions. The process concluded with submitting my resume and being informed that shortlisting, followed by a technical interview, would take about one week.
