Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment regarding your phone screen for the role of Creative Services Manager.
In conjunction with the hiring manager, I've created a list of high level questions around skills that are critical to the position, including but not limited to how your team handles analytics and reporting to make informed decisions, your experience presenting to internal teams/external stakeholders, and managing deadlines and client expectations. Going forward in the process would allow the applicant to deep dive into more technical areas with the hiring manager. In general, we err on the side of taking a call even when the applicant's background isn't a spot-on match; I'd hate for a diamond in the rough to get away! We realize that we're looking for a very specific skill set, and our work isn't the best fit for everyone, despite the "generic" title of the role.
