I interviewed at Social Value Portal (London, England)
Interview
It was a 3-stage interview, and the people were friendly. No stress and almost predictable questions were asked. Very engaging HR team as well. They were really quick with the queries
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Social Value Portal in Mar 2025
Interview
They were confused about the job position and had the same recruitment process for 2 different roles, Delivery Executive and Customer support. Had me go through 2 rounds of sociopathic "competency based" questions AKA "How well can you lie about fictional achievements" questions and a full fledged presentation about what they do and a case study too.

Question 1
Typical "competency based", remember to make up absurd examples in the STAR format and they'll be happy; I used real life examples so they probably weren't as impressed as the people who apply for customer service and claim to have changed the CEO position in their previous roles.
Also known as a pre-interview, the first usually begins with a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. The interviewer typically asks questions about the candidate's qualifications, skills, work history and relevant experience. They also try to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the company culture.
