      Social Media Manager Interview

      10 Feb 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SocialToaster

      Interview

They called to discuss the position with me after I applied, which was a great conversation. An official phone interview was planned for the following week to only be cancelled hours before due to said interviewer realizing they wanted something different for the position. While this understandably happens, it is usually a smart business practice to still hold a phone interview after it has been organized. FYI, being rude to people who want to work for you is probably not the best way to find your perfect candidate.
