Great, it was at the beginning of the year, there was a recruitment agency at the time and point of contact was through them. I had 5 interviews with various employees at Socialize, from HR, to Business Dev team, Account Management Team, Strategy Team, and Managing Director .

Five rounds of repetitive interviews and one very difficult and detailed assignment with a forty eight hour deadline - then they’ll ghost you and use your assignment internally for their clients.
This has apparently happened to multiple people.
