Society Insurance interview questions

You will have a phone interview first then they will invite you to an in person interview. The phone interview consists mainly of describing your work history. The in person interview goes more in depth with that and has work environment related questions. Each takes about 20 minutes.

The HR representative contacted me within 2 days of applying online. The representative was accommodating and engaging. The phone screen was straight forward and efficient. After I received a decline notification within 4 days, the representative took extra time to share some feedback with me. I find this effort to be extraordinary.
