Socius interview questions

Phone Screen then three step phone/skype interview with HR, CRM Team member for culture fit, then CRM Practice Director or manager. Asked simple questions about job experience and expectations.

I had a recruiter reach out to me via email from Indeed requesting to skype to talk about a accounting opportunity. I thought that was great to have someone reach me about what I was looking for and not something they needed. Skype was different but gave me a chance to know the company actually exist. Also it can save time if you are not interested once speaking more about a position.
