Sofcon interview questions

it was a very simple interview, they had just asked me about my qualification, working experience, trainings etc as well as some basic technical questions (now i don't remember exactly what was asked). After the technical interview they called me a told me that i through with the first interview and asked about my offer; and then we had a negotiation and they send me the finalised mail about the contract. After accepting their offer they told me to send my certificates and passport for the verificaton at embassy and the same was returned to me. This process had taken more that 3months.
