The interview process was several unstructured discussions with the hiring manager. We got to know one another and I thought that it was a very productive process. There were lots of opportunities to ask questions and learn about the company and the expectations.

Straight forward interview, asked about previous work history and excel skills. 3 separate interviews overall. Wanted to know about experience is marketing and SEO. They gave a worksheet to fill out and turn in which assessed excel as well as copy skills.
