Interview process is not that much long. To be technically sound in technical area is sufficient. They will test your technical knowledge. One technical round is taken depend upon the position you are applied for. If they found you are technically sound and communication is better then they will hire you for sure.

It was Good. But the organizations need to improve their interview process. It takes much time. But all over it was a very good experience to have an interview session with softcell.
