The first interview will be set up via phone, if you pass the screening it will go to two in-person interviews. You should be wary about the second physical interview though as it is extremely opinionated and the company is unwilling to hire people with diverse skill sets, ideally you should just mention anything related to the position only and no extra skills and also avoid talking about liking any of your other skills.
