Softpers Interactive interview questions

Applied on LinkedIn job post; received a call after more than 30 days; interviewed the next day and offered job the same evening. Not sure about their recruitment procedures and priorities, but they come off as desperate in offering to hire on the same day of the interview, that too after so many days of the job post.

It was good. Interviewer were polite and kind. Asked to the point questions. Asked about qa processes. Asked about expectations from company. Asked about the current company. positive experience. It is small company but quite focused on goals
