Softrim interview questions

#1 by phone. More of a personality interview to see if I would fit with the style. Minor techincal questions that were easy. #2 was in person in Alpharetta with a higher-up technical manager. He was 16 minutes late to the interview and didn't seem to be that interested in giving it. He asked more technical questions that were reasonable for the position. It seemed like he had little experience interviewing people, then said he would let me know the following week. Completely ghosted 3 weeks now. I followed up with the first interviewer to say thanks and ask for info on the next steps but got no reply to that, either.
