Quite possibly the worst and sketchiest phone interview I have ever had. That was enough for a first impression. Woman with a thick accent left me a voicemail due to an application I sent to their ad posted on Craigslist. Called her back- she seemed stressed, unorganized, preoccupied and completely unprepared in regards of what to ask of me as a potential candidate. Not to mention I could barely understand her with her thick accent and often had to ask her to repeat herself. Many awkward silences coming from her; she had difficulty trying to articulate what she wanted to say, and I was the one left asking her questions just to move the dreadful conversation along. She ended it with setting up an interview, under the condition that we would meet at a nearby Starbucks because the location was "too difficult for me to find". That would have been understandable if I wasn't already sketched out by the phone conversation to begin with. I wasn't given, or told I would be given an address to the location of the company, nor this nearby Starbucks. Did my research on the company and came here to read the other few reviews.
