The selection process was always polite, and the interviews — except for the last one — were well-structured. The main issue was the number of assessments involved, there were simply too many, which made the process very long.
First, I was asked to complete a project with both an API and a frontend.
Then, I had an interview with an evaluator who reviewed my project and asked technical questions.
After that, I had a soft-skills interview.
Next came an interview with the account manager.
Then a technical interview focused on frontend.
Finally, there was a backend and architecture technical interview, which I felt was poorly structured and whose purpose was unclear.
