Interview
Company has a process of hiring the best employee. They were looking for a person with dynamic personality and power to lead a team. I was the best fit. My interview went for 40 minutes. There was technical round that comprised of C#, ASP.NET question. Then it was a puzzle and personality round. And then it was HR round.
