First, I had a logic and personality assessment to pass. Then my 1st interview was with TA team, we covered the basic fit for the role and 2nd interview with hiring manager and head of CX, which went in depth to learn about my background on CX/UX assess my communication skills, project management and basic technical skills, tolerance to ambiguity and my expectations from this role.
