Interview
I am a college recruit for Softway . The interview process was very simple and had & 6 levels in it. There was an aptitude test followed an one minute talk after which there was a programming test followed by technical interview(Skype) after that there was Managerial round(Skype) and the last was the HR interview(Skype). Throughout the process every interviewer were very friendly and patient.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Softway (New Delhi) in May 2018
Interview
Step 01 : Group Discussion or 1 minute talk - Topics to be given on spot(Mostly current affairs , technology etc)
Step 02 : Technical Aptitude Test(45 minutes - 40 questions) - This test will have topics that include C , C++ programming , program outputs , Database and SQL DBA related questions , OOPS concepts and basics of engineering curriculum questions
Step 03 : Computer Program Test (30 minutes) - Have to execute and show the output on the system for patterns , series etc(C,C++ or Java programmes can be executed)
Step 04 : Technical Rounds(Face to Face) – Technical/ Analytical / Logical / Reasoning ability( Softway Solutions Office)
Step 05 : Managerial Round( Softway Solutions Office)
Step 06 : HR Round( Softway Solutions Office)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Softway (Bengaluru) in Aug 2015
Interview
There is a Written Aptitude test, One round of programming test, one teachnical interview, technical Manager and HR round of Interview.
The entire expereince was very pleasant and good follow up by HR team. The company office and culture is good. You have to be good in logical and puzzels.
