Sogrape Vinhos interview questions

It has been a good experience. First I met with HR, then the hiring manager. The team there is very passionate about Sogrape and working hard to make the company successful.

First phase of the recruitment process for and OutSystems project was an "handshake style" interview. A female HR technician greets me and presents the Project Manager to me. I was asked to describe my academic and professional achievements, expected job achievements and the wage i'd like to get. Then i was offered a few question to ask, which i did. At the end, the interview was reversed and i was told to interview the Project Manager using two questions tops.
