This was an open-call. As soon as I met the man interviewing me, he refused to look me in the eyes during most of the interview. I wouldn't call this an interview. He asked only one question related to the position. I have 4 years of restaurant experience and yet this guy assumed right away (without talking to me) that I wasn't a right fit. He continued to go on and on about how meticulous he is when selecting employees. If that is the case, why the open-call???? It was a waste of my time and money.
