I was interviewed by a group of 9 people divided in 3 groups. I had to make a self intro presentation, after I gave a 20 min presentation, 6 left and 3 stayed. Then next set of 3 come to interview. The questions were mostly based on my past stuff and about what I have done so far. No questions about what they were doing or whether I had any idea on that. I had already gotten a degree and cleared those questions just had to refresh my memory, they didn't have to test my proficiency again on what I had already been accomplished and tested and awarded a degree on. I felt it was a waste of my time and theirs, it was rigorous and frustrating experience. They took me to lunch and showed the facility. The operators were wearing PPEs as if they were going on a space trip, guess coz they deal with carbon fiber composites. Then after facility tour I met HR and she asked me salary requirements and discussed they provide good benefits and insurance through cigna.
Overall it was not a great experience rather frustrating, some of the folks who were interviewing me and when we were taking our lunch were telling that they were applying for engineering positions elsewhere. I don't know why someone would tell me that!
