Solar Electric Light Fund interview questions

I met with 3 out of the 4 DC employees at this organization. This is a very effective, international organization but much of their work is done elsewhere in the country and elsewhere in the world. The DC office staff is tiny but mighty. I met with Finance Director, Director of Development, and Executive Director, each individually, one right after the other. Discussions with each were very warm and conversational. Though I wasn't offered a position, I liked these people a lot and with their warmth and easy-going style, I was wishing I could have asked each of them more personal questions (except that it's an interview). They seemed to have great rapport with one another and with me, the newcomer.

Their was very little interview process. Candidates chosen based on resumes and then interviews where held to determine if their was a proper fit for the candidate within the culture of the organization
