Nice experience to talk with CEO directly. He shared company's plan in future and current requirements about candidates. He looked very interested on me, because of my new energy industry working experience. All questions were about the personal characteristics. Company has potential, but I prefer to do some B2B business rather than B2C. So I gave up to move forward with them.

Brief phone interview where you asked very simple questions, a preliminary interview was scheduled where the HR Director gets to know you, and a secondary interview where you meet the staff and get to know the role better. At the end of the secondary interview was when they went over the comp plan.

Three rounds of in person interviews in San Mateo, CA. First round with HR; Second round with a ranking salesman; third round with same salesman and CEO. Overall process is laid back and informal, second round was even conducted outside.
