Interview
One technical interview with the lead mechanical engineer.
Second interview with the CEO.
Third interview with HR (was scheduled for the same day as with CEO).
Forth interview with CTO.
Every two weeks the HR called me to tell me they haven't decided yet.
only after two month they understood that despite my success at the technical interview they wanted some one with "more experience from the industry" .
