I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Solera Health in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process at Solera was great. Consisted of an intro call with a recruiter, who was awesome and provided great communication throughout the whole process.
The next steps were an interview with another engineer on the team and consisted of more technical questions versus the painful whiteboard/leetcode style interview.
Followed up by another technical conversation with another engineer on the team. Ending with a cultural/behavioral style interview with my future manager.

Question 1
Since the role I was applying for was more Front-end focused, the questions were mainly focused around React.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Solera Health (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2018
Interview
Filled with relevant questions. Pleasant people, nice downtown office. Numerous on-site amenities. The whole process was great! After the interview, we took a tour of the office space. Positive experience all around.

Interview
Spoke to people over the phone and eventually a sit down interview. Process was pretty easy, and friendly. No offer due to not looking up the company before hand, and even though the company is sold as a place where developers are encouraged to grow, being a little behind is not acceptable, even if there is a strong eagerness to learn more.
