Thanks for taking the time to interview with Solera and sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Our corporate office is growing significantly (we’ve recently added 20+ new roles in Westlake!) and with the growth, it is important to ensure that the person that volunteers for the opportunity has the right skill set and cultural fit to be successful. This protects against turnover and benefits both the company and the candidate. In the spirit of this due diligence, sometimes the interview process takes longer for these high growth positions. In addition, with our fluid environment (and meetings taking place in various time zones across the globe), sometimes situation arise within the Office of the CEO that need immediate action, which was the case in your interview. We apologize that this reflected negatively and have discussed possible internal solutions to minimize this concern moving forward. Solera is a high energy environment with passionate people, I’m sorry that you didn’t get to experience that in the short time you were in our office.
In regards to this position, other candidates came forward during the process who were a better fit but we sincerely wish you all the best for success in your career.
