Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 stages: Initial interview, followed by first (a very simple) technical interview and on-site 3 hour long technical interview. The on-site interview covered everything from my background to technical questions and a programming challenge.

OOP Design Patterns, C++ programming questions and a coding test. General ability to learn on the spot was also assessed.
