The interview process was overall fairly simple and quick, they are mostly looking for good energy and a commitment to go through the training process and coach regularly. In addition the audition itself, you answer some questions about you and your interest in coaching and confirm your availability for coaching and training.

Long because you have to audition then go through a months long training process before coaching. You have to audition, show personality and the ability to workout or potentially coach a group.
