Interview
Group interview with workout followed by group questionnaire. Then each interviewe coached a brief class for the other interviewees. They provided a call beforehand for what to expect. Handful of people interviewing, relatively small.

What’s the difference between an instructor and a coach
Straightforward with audition process. Questions were simple and anticipatory. The audition process was what you would expect, need the ability to talk on the mic. Training is intensive and long. If you cannot make a day of training you can’t coach.
