First stage was a HR phone assessment,
2nd stage was a face to face interview with head of operations,
3rd stage was another face to face interview with PMO director
And a final virtual assessment with chief project manager.

The overall process was fairly standard - an initial recruiter screening call, then two rounds of video calls, and then an in person interview. The interview was largely behavioral and somewhat technical.
