I applied and then was sent a 7-minute assessment. No big deal, but then was sent another 20-minute assessment, which made me feel like I was progressing. Then, low and behold, an aptitude assessment to follow which was 50 questions in a timed 15-minute capacity. It was a bit much considering I haven’t even had a recruiter screening call. Two days later, I received a no-reply rejection email. No feedback or human contact other than the creepy videos they send when they’re asking you to take the assessments. I’d at least like to know why. Did I fail the aptitude test miserably or did they simply have someone else in mind? If they’re going to ask me for almost an hour of my time before getting an interview, it’s the least they can do.
